I Really enjoy the turbo sessions, helps to have you there motivating me and giving tips, the Q&A sessions are also great, there are always different topics coming up.
I love having something to follow. The workouts are structured…and having indoor/outdoor alternatives for bike sessions. I also like the pattern. That helps me when planning my life. I know Monday’s right now I need a pool lane, etc.
I love having the reset sessions as a part of my week. reminder to take a deep breath.
One of the most valuable parts of the plan is being able to be in touch with the coach. If you have a question or are struggling with something, Celia always gets back to you with information or words of encouragement. The topic of the month also helps to remind yourself of key things when the going gets tough
I find the written descriptions for the training sessions really helpful, as I get lost in all the data and numbers.I really enjoy the turbo sessions as you get the group workout motivation.
The reset sessions are great, it reminds me how good it is to stretch and release the muscles and it adds something different to my week Plus encourages me to relax something I struggle to do.
