Choosing a coach is an important decision. Everyone has different priorities for what they want from triathlon coaching, and it is worth taking time to find out which coach would work well for you. Spend a bit of time thinking about what is essential for you and then look at range of people to get an idea of how they may be able to help you.

I am a triathlon coach based in Pembrokeshire, but am happy to take on athletes from any areas. (If you want to know a bit more about me see my Triathlon CV)

Having coached myself, and been coached, I have experienced going from a beginner to achieving a high level of performance, so understand what it takes to balance your life and ensure that you have time to dedicate to the things that you love.
