A consultation is suitable for you, if you have a one off race, and you need a bit of direction. I will not contact you again after the initial meeting, and after giving you your training plan.
Before we meet I will send you an athlete questionnaire. We will use the answers from that questionnaire in our initial consultation in order to set goals based on your experience and lifestyle.
Planning and goal setting
When we meet, we will set a realistic goal for your target race, and and plan to get you to race day in fine form!
Personal training plan
I will put together a detailed plan, delivered via Training Peaks, that will get you prepared for race day. The plan will usually be designed for a 6 month period.
£120 one off Payment is either by bank transfer, cheque, or cash.
