This consultation will last for a maximum of 6 weeks and I will set up an initial meeting to discuss any goals or concerns that you may have. After our initial meeting I will send you a food diary to complete, which will include any training sessions that you have completed and how you fuelled afterwards. I will expect you to complete 2 of these day long diaries per week. This will allow me to see any areas that need improvement or any times that you may find it challenging to fuel correctly. I will give you feedback every week on the diaries that you have provided me with and at the end of the 6 weeks we will arrange another meeting to see how you have managed to implement any advice or changes in to your lifestyle.
